Rann Utsav is one of India's most vibrant desert festivals, celebrated annually in the enchanting White Desert of Dhordo, near Bhuj in Kutch.
When to go
A season of white magic
The festival runs across the winter months, roughly December to February. The white salt formations emerge by the first week of December, following the season's rainfall.
