Cancellation and Refunds by the Company
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, but are not limited to, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, technical problems, or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to that card account.
Cancellation by you
Unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made on this website. Where you subscribe to any services, they may be cancelled by you one month prior to the provision of the services, in which case you will be refunded the entire amount after deducting any applicable bank charges. During the period between one month and 14 days before the services are to be provided, if a cancellation request is received, we may at our discretion refund 50% of the amount after deducting any applicable bank charges. Within 14 days before the services are to be provided, no cancellation request will be entertained.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
